OUR MISSION
Our mission is to promote better understanding of Earth for the mutual benefit
of society and the environment using science and technology.
OUR PROJECTS
Our
projects include: assessing
vulnerability to flooding; developing sub-national models of
the onset of food crises; designing a strategic warning system
for fragile nation states; identifying
corporate indicators to promote socially responsible investment;
assessing exposure to water shortages;
developing models to predict basic optical parameters of materials;
and, developing algorithms for understanding hyperspectral
data.
